Claudio Tovaglieri lives in Northern Italy - District of Milan, married and with two sons, is a lawyer with over thirty years of experience in the practice of  Civil and Criminal Law and whose practice focuses on Private Law, Commercial and Corporate  issues.

Claudio Tovaglieri’s  extensive experience also  includes  general aviation  sector, investigation in plane accidents and disasters, litigation in personal injury claims, transactions, services for national and  foreign ownership of registered aircraft, representation of fixed base operators, aircraft sales and leasing transactions, aviation insurance and claims, aviation labor & employment issues.
